Hi, I'm Piotr Nowak - the architect behind Pino Labs. For over a decade I've been designing and shipping enterprise-grade systems on the Microsoft stack, with deep specialization in the Optimizely digital experience platform and the Azure cloud.

I take projects from architecture diagrams to production traffic: CMS 12 → 13 upgrades, headless rollouts on Next.js + GraphQL, Azure infrastructure-as-code, search relevance, and the CI/CD that keeps it all moving. No fluff - just systems that survive contact with real users.
